Laura Harper Home is a YouTube channel and website for women who want their home to feel lighter, lovelier and easier to look after, especially those running a home on their own after 60.

Each video takes one idea and makes it practical: the ten things an elegant home never keeps, the habits that keep a house tidy with half the effort, what to pass on and what your family will actually want. Every swap starts with something you can do tonight, with what you already own.

What you can expect from us

• Calm, specific steps. Small tasks you can finish, never a weekend blitz.
• No shaming. Things were bought for good reasons. Letting go is not a judgment.
• Free first. Most fixes cost nothing. When something does cost money, we say roughly how much, and we don’t push brands.
